USA Cycling is the official cycling organization recognized by the USOC and is responsible for identifying, training and selecting cyclists to represent the United States in international competitions. USA Cycling, doing business as the USCF, NORBA, NCCA and USPRO, controls nearly two dozen major events each year and issues permits for up to 3,000 more.

The company was organized in 1920 as the Amateur Bicycle League of America and was incorporated in New York in 1921. In 1975, the name was changed to the United States Cycling Federation. In 1995, a new organization, USA Cycling, was incorporated in Colorado, and on July 1, 1995, the two corporations merged, with USA Cycling being the umbrella corporation.

Since the creation of the modern bicycle, the United States has been a dominant force in cycling competition. Before World War II, cycling was second only to baseball as a national sporting pastime. Following a period of decline in the 1950s and '60s, cycling regained its popularity and today is the fastest-growing amateur participation and spectator sport. Studies show that more than 9 million Americans are active in cycling. Research further indicates that these people spend more than $4 billion annually to participate in the sport of cycling, and that these expenditures will likely double over the next several years.

TopGolf is a revolutionary new development in the world of golf and leisure entertainment that uses patented technology to provide an entertaining, competitive and instructional golf experience for people of all ages and skill levels. TopGolf takes place at a full-size driving range and provides the ideal practice facility for both serious and aspiring golfers, with “real-time”, accurate feedback on shots, and turning what used to be ordinary practice sessions into a competitive and fun experience where every shot counts. The technology allows you to compete with up to four other players in your hitting bay, utilizing handicaps that are calculated for each player after only two games are played. There are several different game options available, including ones for serious golfers where the assigned target changes on each shot, allowing the player to effectively use every club in the Golf bag.

Quite simply, TopGolf eliminates all possible entry barriers to Golf such as (1) time, (2) playing partners, (3) cost and (4) equipment, which prevent existing players from playing more often and also discourage new players from learning the game. TopGolf is a quick, good value and interactive driving range where clubs can be borrowed (and different clubs tried) and up to five players can enjoy a variety of competitive games from each bay, ideal for Las Vegas! TopGolf believes that the Ultimate Sports Resort will provide the ultimate recreational destination for Las Vegas and will quickly become the recognized center of the sports and entertainment world, including Golf!
